The NCSAA Equipment Program provides free athletic equipment (through the annual NCSAA Equipment Giveaway) to schools nationally.

The NCSAA Equipment Program is one means by which Christian schools can help other Christian schools in a very easy and practical way. Schools that have usable equipment they'd like to donate (balls, game equipment, practice jerseys, uniforms, etc) may donate that equipment to other schools which can use it. Any school can donate equipment to the NCSAA Equipment Program.

The annual NCSAA Equipment Giveaway works in the following manner:

	All schools are eligible to receive free equipment through the program, but NCSAA member schools are given the first opportunity to claim available equipment.
	Member schools can view the list of available equipment online at any time and can submit requests (handled on a first-come, first-serve basis) for available equipment.
	All other schools may view the list of available equipment online, as well, but may not claim/reserve equipment.
	All equipment not claimed by member schools will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the giveaway site.
	The NCSAA Equipment Giveaway will take place in early summer in Beaver Falls, PA.
	NCSAA member schools can come to the giveaway site or choose to pay shipping/handling to have their equipment shipped to them.
	Non-member schools must come to the giveaway site to claim/receive equipment.

The equipment list database undergoes one major annual update period (April 31st through the date of the Equipment Giveaway).

Equipment donations may be submitted at any time of year, however; as donations will be added to the database periodically, as they are received.
