NCSAA Sports Camp Registration Confirmation and Payment Details

 

 

Thanks for registering for an NCSAA camp!  We will contact you soon with confirmation of your registration and details about the camp.  If you have any questions at this time, please call NCSAA at 724-846-2764.

 

IMPORTANT:

 

1)  All campers must submit a Medical Information and Waiver Form to NCSAA before the date of the camp.  No camper will be permitted to participate in any NCSAA camp if NCSAA does not have a completed, current, and valid form on file for that camper.  No registration fees will be refunded for any camper that is unable to participate in part or all of any camp due to the failure to complete and file the Medical Information and Waiver Form.

If you have any problems printing the form, please call NCSAA at 724-846-2764.  We can fax a copy to you, if necessary.

 

2) No camper will be permitted to participate in any NCSAA camp without having made full payment for that camp.  Payment may be made by personal or school check, money order, cashier's check, or PayPal (online credit card service).

 

MAKING YOUR PAYMENT:

 

There are two options for your payment for this NCSAA camp:

 

1) You can mail your payment (via personal or school check, money order, or cashiers check -- made payable to NCSAA) to:

2) You can pay online via credit card, through the PayPal service.  There is no cost to use this service.  To make a PayPal payment, fill in the name(s) of the camper(s) and click the appropriate button below.  You can pay for multiple camp registrations via one PayPal payment form.
